Forever obsessed with the rain and fog; you'll always find me outside on a gloomy day

My professional career as a photographer began five years ago, when I chose to take a year off school and spend it on the road! I explored thirteen National Parks in 8 months. I fell in love with road-life, pushing myself out of my comfort zone, and experiencing places for the first time. Photography was a huge part of that trip; I was inseparable from my camera, determined to cling to the memories I made. I kept up with photography, and took on projects back and forth while I finished my degrees. Now, I live in the Pacific Northwest, working in social media management and freelance photography/videography!
But still, my love for photography began long before I took to the road five years back. My dad has an album of old film photos he took when I was growing up; in many of them I'm carrying around some sort of digital camera or disposable film. When I was younger, we traveled often, and I adored every moment of it. My extended family all lives in Europe, and visiting them usually meant we would take time to see other countries. My parents always encouraged me to keep a camera and a journal for these trips, and the habit and passion for it just stuck. To this day, I still have the first digital camera I ever owned!

Thank you for being here, all of the new and lovely faces.
